Parts.CreativeBusSales.com ships via FedEx, UPS, Ontrac and USPS. Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is available. Delivery duration for freight and international is typically longer than Standard delivery and will vary based on the destination address and the carrier. Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight or international shipments. Customer is solely responsible for payment of all charges, duties, fees and taxes on freight orders, international orders or otherwise incurred.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to Parts.CreativeBusSales.com?
You don't pay shipping if the part is returned due to our mistake. For instance, if you are shipped the wrong part or if it is damaged in shipping, we'll pay the return shipping expense. Simply call the Customer Care Center and we'll arrange for your return shipping. For full details on this, read our online return policy.

Can I have my order shipped to an address different than the one I registered at Parts.CreativeBusSales.com?
Yes. During the purchase process, you will be given the opportunity to enter a separate shipping address.

Can I have parts shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, Parts.CreativeBusSales.com does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
No, Parts.CreativeBusSales.com does not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses via the USPS.

Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact Parts.CreativeBusSales.com and inform us of the damage. You will need to take pictures of the damaged part and the packaging.  Do not throw away any of the packaging.  We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
